Renee Zellweger Weight Loss Diet



The full cycle of the diet is 24 days. After the 24 days are gone, you have to have a break in order to see the results from the diet. During this diet you may not strictly follow the meal times, or the number of meals - it depends on you - eat whenever and whatever you want, within the allowed foods. Remember that the results for every person are different, but it is recommended to combine the Renee Zellweger diet with physical activity.

Eat only the foods which are recommended by this diet! These are all kinds of meat: beef, pork, lamb, goose, duck. All ways to prepare food are permitted, except fried. You can eat: dried meat, sausages ( excluding these that contain soy), all species of fish, including canned.

Another part of the permitted foods are vegetables - salads, fresh and roasted peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh / pickled cabbage, beets, seafood, onions, radishes, spinach and others. Besides meat you can add eggs to your diet, chutneys, cooked foods without sugar. You can make salads with salt, vinegar, oil, pepper, without sauces.

 
You can drink coffee, tea and mineral water. However, you should not add sugar or honey in it. After the sixth day of the diet you may drink a glass of wine.

Forbidden foods include: bread, potatoes, flour, rice, peas, beans, bread crumbs, fried meat, soy, pasta, nuts, sausage, all kinds of roux and milk products like milk, cream, cheese, processed and smoked cheese butter, yogurt and cream, margarine, sweets, sugar, chocolate, corn sticks, pretzels, ice cream and any fruit!

Attention! If you interrupt your Renee Zellweger diet just for a day by eatting forbidden foods, you should start your diet from the beginning!!! You can do the diet in 2 cycles of 24 days from which to have a rest of 2-3 weeks during which it is desirable to eat separately. After completion of the diet eat at least two months separately to keep the results. During the diet itself you should take the following vitamins and minerals: C, E, calcium, magnesium (you can drink and multivitamin). When you reach the desired weight you can stop diet.
