The full cycle of the diet is 24 days. After the 24 days are gone, you have to have a break in order to see the results from the diet. During this diet you may not strictly follow the meal times, or the number of meals - it depends on you - eat whenever and whatever you want, within the allowed foods. Remember that the results for every person are different, but it is recommended to combine the Renee Zellweger diet with physical activity.
